The Idaho Film Office announced the recipients of its 2013-2014 film grants. We are very grateful to be selected as a recipient for our project, “The Rocky Mountain Fly Highway,” a film about one of the best fly fishing regions in the world. The one hour documentary will be released in Spring of 2014.
The Film Office grant program is intended to advance the filmmaking workforce in Idaho by providing funding to eligible projects that give hands-on production experience. Five judges scored the applications. Each application could score a maximum of 100 points. The scores from each judge were averaged and the highest scoring projects were chosen to receive grants of $5,000 each.
This is the second year in a row that Wide Eye Productions has been selected as a recipient for the Idaho Film Office grant. In 2012, our project “Idaho, the Movie” received a grant award, as well.
Thank you to the Idaho Film Office!
